1)       Phone Qualify

a.       Accent does not usually service anything but 5 night a week service as a minimum

                                                               i.      On occasion base on a building location etc., we can service smaller accounts

b.       Accent can quote budget prices over the phone for all of it’s janitorial services. We can provide square foot cost or hourly breakdowns.

c.        Accent offers the “Basic Janitorial Service” package and can add in deeper cleaning items on request or rotated on a regular schedule

2)       Customer Base

a.       Accent has industry low turn-over of customers. We have maintained the majority of our properties for 10 – 15 years. Our specialty are buildings which have a need to be maintained at a very high level!

3)       Contracts

a.       Accent offers a month to month option for buildings under 50,000 square feet. Properties larger than that have a one year initial with month to month after that. Properties are billed at the end of each month.
