Q: Do I have to be home while the work is done & how do you gain access to my home?

A: You do not have to be home, it’s a personal choice. 75% of our clients are working or in and out while we clean. If you choose to be there we work hard to accommodate your time frames. Otherwise, people leave the door open, issue us a key to our in-house key safe, use garage codes, or even hide a key on site.


Q: Can I change my cleaning day or even be an “on call” client?

A: Yes you can.  One of the biggest benefits of using Accent is our scheduling flexibility. You can stop and start, move days, or change the frequency as often as you wish.


Q: Are you insured and bonded?

A: Yes we are. A lot of companies are insured and bonded but the coverage can vary greatly. These two areas cover property damage and theft. This subject deserves attention and we encourage you visit with our staff in more detail.


Q: How many people come to clean?

A: We use crew sizes of 2, 3, & 4. We structure our team sizes based on the days complete work load.


Q: Do you supply all the products?

A: We provide all supplies and equipment. Our scented line of products is very mild to please the majority of our customers. We will also use most any


Q: Do you do dishes or laundry?

A: We do not offer this service as part of our regular package. We do offer custom cleaning which is more expensive than the regular service. These services are negotiated on an individual basis.


Q: Do you have non-smoking teams & or can I have the same team each time

A: Yes, Accent covers both these and more under the Custom Cleaning options.
