Dusting:

•               All open and exposed woodwork - focuses on horizontal ledges (not smooth vertical surfaces) including baseboards, railings, raised panel doors, window sills and miscellaneous ledges

•               All furniture - (Note: we do not use polish in this process)

•               All wall hangings - (Note: Mirrors and TV screens but not picture fronts)

 

Floors:

•               Vacuum carpets with large upright beater bar vacuum

•               Vacuum edges and around furniture with portable vacuum

•               Wash hard surface floors - (Note: Wood floors are done as agreed with customer)

 

Kitchens:

•               Appliances outside, stove drip pans and microwaves inside

•               Spot clean cabinets, primarily around hardware

•               Counter tops and sink area. - (Note: no washing of dishes - Sorry!)

•               Remove Trash

 

Bathrooms:

•               Tub, showers & doors - no curtains

•               Toilets & sink fixtures

•               Mirrors and vanity cabinets (see floors)

•               Remove trash

 

Optional Add-Ons:

•               Vacuum furniture

•               Mini blinds & other window treatments

•               Light fixtures

•               Certain windows

•               Make beds and change linens
