    2. When does the work have to be completed by?

    1. Projects may be budgeted according to time and material, on a fixed bid or both, with the job split into phases.
    2. Typically, projects taking less than a day are done by one technician and at the appropriate hourly rate. If an second technician is needed, the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
