Kayla has four years of design experience, focusing mainly on Kitchen & Bath design. She is a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and North Dakota Interior Designers (NDID). Kayla loves designing spaces that bring out her client's taste and personality while being aesthetically pleasing, functional, and relevant to their budget. She has a degree in Interior Merchandising, Interior Design, and Business Administration.

Cabinet layout (structural plans come from design build division with separate fee structure).

Design fees are re-reimbursed towards the down payment when the project is ordered (unless contracted separately).

• Package 2: (office design work)
• Drawings that pertain (up to 2 revisions)
  • Floor plan
  • Elevations
  • 3-D rendering
• Scope of work with allowances based on good, better, or best.
  
  
• $90 projects under $25K             $240 projects under $50K
• $240 if customer takes plan        $540 if customer takes plan

Projects over $50K are quoted individually. $1,000 retainer required. Customer does keep plans.
