Remodel Design-Build Packages
Guideline for basement remodels, theatre rooms, additions or complete remodels, subject to change upon completion of initial site visit.
- Package 1:
- Initial consultation - site visit by our in-house contractor and our in-house designer
- Measurements of space
- Project goals and needs determined
- Ball park estimate / budget for work discussed on site
- FEE STRUCTURE: $60 city limits***
$100 for rural projects (20-40 miles)*** $200 for projects 40+ miles, max 60 miles***
- Package 2:
- Initial consultation - site visit by our in-house contractor and our in-house designer
- Measurements of space and discussion about project goals
- Contractor to put estimate budget together
- Designer to draw floor plan and put estimate budget together
- Meeting #1 at Accent Showroom - review floor plans, use of Accent showroom to select materials
- Revisions made to floor plan, elevations and 3D views created if needed
- Meeting #2 at Accent Showroom - review
- Additional meetings to review drawings are charged on a per project basis
- FEE STRUCTURE: $400 city limits***
$440 for rural projects (20-40 miles)*** $540 for projects 40+ miles, max 60 miles***
- Package 3:
- Includes all items in Package 2 plus:
- Product selection
- Materials list
- Construction Schedule and Final project costs
- FEE STRUCTURE: $600 city limits***
$640 for rural projects (20-40 miles)*** $740 for projects 40+ miles, max 60 miles***
**Additional Design Services can be purchase on an hourly basis for coordination of interior finishes with existing or assistance with selection of paint, flooring, tile, countertops and lighting.
***Design fees will be credited towards project total when Accent is awarded project to perform the work.
