Allison Carlson
Buyer / Interior Designer

Allison Carlson is Accent's Buyer as well as the Interior Designer whose focus is plumbing. She has a degree in Interior Merchandising, Interior Design, and Business Administration. Space planning is her passion as well as drafting her detailed designs. Allison is also a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and North Dakota Interior Designers (NDID).

• Package 1:
• Initial consultation - site visit by one designer and our in-house contractor*
• Measurements of space
• Project goals and needs determined
• Designer to draw floor plan and put estimate budget together based on initial visit
• Meeting #1 at Accent Showroom - review floor plans, use of Accent showroom to select materials**
• Revisions made to floor plan, elevations and 3D views created if needed
• Meeting #2 at Accent Showroom - review
• Additional meetings to review drawings are charged on a per project basis
• FEE STRUCTURE:
  • $150 city limits***
  • $170 for rural projects (20-40 miles)***
  • $220 for projects 40+ milfes, max 60 miles***
  • Additional $100 fee to purchase plans***

• Package 2:
• Initial consultation - site visit by one designer and our in-house contractor*
• Measurements of space and discussion about project goals
• Ball park estimate / budget for work discussed on site
• FEE STRUCTURE:
  • $30 city limits***
  • $50 for rural projects (20-40 miles)***
  • $100 for projects 40+ milfes, max 60 miles***

*Design Build Contractor will provide separate pricing for structural / electrical / plumbing if needed.

**Additional Design Services can be purchase on an hourly basis for coordination of interior finishes with existing or assistance with selection of paint, flooring, tile, countertops and lighting.

***Design fees will be credited towards project total when Accent is awarded project to perform the work.
